Sci-tech Vertical Coupling/Shaft Trainer Model MT 002V is a heavy-duty, precision learning
system that allows for convenient, realistic training in shaft alignment. When paired with a variety of hands-on exercises, the system creates a complete performance-based course in the maintenance of shaft alignment.
The system requires the Magnetic Base/Dial Indicator Set, necessary Tool Kit, and Elastomeric
Element Coupling, available optionally. It also includes four flanged bearing units, 4-point “motor element” jacking, 25mm -diameter ground shafting, tool set, and Instruction Manual.
The Vertical Coupling/Shaft Alignment Training System has a design based on the configuration found in many vertical centrifugal pumps, and accommodates all types of alignment apparatus, including laser systems. Through its realistic features and versatility, this lightweight, yet rigid training fixture will make any training session more productive, convenient, and professional.
