When you incinerate, the by product is flue gas which contains the compounds created by fusion bonding and thermal reaction.

Toxic gases due to fusion reaction in the fire and the flue gas contaminates the atmosphere:
- PolyChlorinated Di-benzo-p Dioxins (PCDD) and polyChlorinated Di-benzo Furans (PCDF) are formed unintentionally as by products of waste combustion and many other Thermal industrial processes.

Sci-tech has devised that if flue gas after passing thru the Pre heater travels forward thru a “Cyclonic Filter” the flue gas is forcibly “Swirled” at a great force. The heavy particles can “Swirl” and drop to the bottom.
Thus the flue gas exiting this filter is now with fine particles of pollutants. The flue gas is now routed thru a Patented in-house developed “Catalytic Converter”.
An in-house developed “Hydro Carbon Compound” is used to remove all the Dioxins and Furans.
The clean flue gas still retains heat which is used to dry the garbage dumped in the hopper.
Thus the flue gas let out to atmosphere is pollutant free and harmless to all living being be it humans, animals and plants.
