Item Description
Scitech Pilot Plant for Solid-Liquid Extraction Unit Model TH 045 has been designed to demonstrate the extraction process. It consists of a revolving extractor for continuous and discontinuous solid-liquid extraction. Extractor revolving speed can be adjusted by potentiometer. Extraction material is fed by a spiral conveyor, the conveyor speed can be adjusted to adjust the extraction material feed rate. Flow rate & temperature of solvent can be adjusted by speed of pumps & PID controller respectively. The entire set up is mounted on a wheeled stainless steel structure.
