It is composed of:
● Steering wheel ● Steering box
● Recirculation balls ● Hydraulic pump
This ball-circulation power assisted steering gear is operated by oil pressure rotary pump. Special care has been taken in the sectioning of the steering housing show the passage of oil under pressure. Steering can normally be affected by rotating the steering wheel while the hand crank rotates the pump crank shaft. The unit is carefully sectioned in order to clearly show all the internal parts. All sectioned areas are painted and color-coded to allow for easy identification of parts. The entire assembly is mounted on an elegant wooden base.
