Laser Fiber Optics Trainer Model TCM 008-03

An Optical Fibre is a glass or plastic fibre designed to guide light along its length. Fibre Optics is the overlap of applied science and engineering concerned with the design and application of optical fibres. Optical fibres are widely used in fibre-optic communication, which permits transmission over longer distances and at higher data rates than other forms of communications. Fibres are used instead of metal wires because signals travel along them with less loss, and they are immune to electromagnetic interference. Optical fibres are also used to form sensors, and in a variety of other applications.

With the help Sci-tech Fibre Optic Trainer Kits the students can learn both Analog and Digital experiments. Fibre Optic kits are accompanied with necessary signal generators on board thereby reducing the cost of external Function Generator. Large number of experiments can be performed using the exhaustive manuals provided with the kits. Test Points to analyze different signals are provided. Attractive enclosure with built-in power supply accompanies the kits.
