The trainer enables learning and carrying out experiments on safety exposures of electrical systems, such as short circuit, current leakage, over-current, over-voltage, overload etc.

The training enables the students to understand how to deal with electrical safety system. The trainer allows students to operate different electrical devices that are commonly used in residential buildings, industries, hospitals, etc.

Safety sockets and switches located on the trainer panel allows separation of the circuit breakers from other devices and its connections to an external supply to study the operations.

Electrical Industrial Installation Trainer Model ELTR 015B

The trainer consists of a comprehensive set of integrated modules designed to be the building blocks of a large variety of industrial installations.

Each module contains one logic function, such as protection, push buttons, lamps, contactors, timer, and so on, and all of them can be easily connected to implement desired circuits. The connections are performed by means of safety connectors and cables used in power and low voltage control circuits.

The electrical components are mounted on the modules with their respective title and wiring details to show their internal electrical details.

Additional modular boards are available for addition of devices as per the syllabus.

Electrical Industrial Installation Fault Simulator Trainer Model ELTR 015C

The Fault Simulator Trainer consists of 12 mini modules can be mounted to implement the control circuits described in the Manual. Large number of different circuits can be designed by the instructors and students using the modules.

The modules are aimed at implementation of industrial controls in order to create faults and simulate the fault conditions of more than 20 different types.

The Manual describes the faults that can be simulated in the circuits. Practically, this is how the Simulator can be used:

  • The instructor decides which circuit will be taken for experiment.
  • By referring to the Manual. The required Modules are mounted on the rack and connected.
  • The circuit is tested to make sure that there are no ‘real’ faults.
  • The instructor simulates the desired fault by operating the related switch on the back of the proper module.
  • The students analyze the failure and once found the cause, report their conclusion to the instructor.
  • If the students have correctly identified the cause, the instructor can reset the switch to prove the correctness of the analysis.

Electrical Hospital Signaling Trainer Model ELTR 015D

Specially designed modules allow an assistance call to be sent by a patient to the nurse room. By pressing the call button on his panel, the patient activates the call and in the nurse room the request is posted on a panel by turning on the light corresponding to the calling room and sounding the common buzzer.

The nurse goes to the calling room and can turn the request off by pressing the Off button on the patient’s panel.

The modules need an external 24V Ac supply to activate the internal switches/relays/contactors.

 

Electrical Residential Installations Trainer Model ELTR 015E

Residential Wiring Installation modules set is practically an extension of industrial installation trainer, since it uses low rated similar devices.

The modules contain one logic function such as protection, switch, lap, relay, buzzer, electric lock, timer, etc that can be connected to assemble a desired circuit. The connections are performed by means of power and low voltage safety connectors and cables.

The electrical components are mounted on the modules with their respective title and wiring details to show their internal electrical details.

Electrical Residential Electric Wiring Trainer Model ELTR 015F

The module consists of a board of size 750mmX850mm on which the map of a typical apartment is drawn and each room contains the basic equipment required for distribution and utilization of electric power. Each electric component is accessed through 4mm safety connectors thus making it possible to implement a very large variety of residential installation circuits.

A typical apartment is considered that has 4 rooms and a balcony. The components are fixed on a board, connectable through safety connectors on the back side and identified by their titles on the front side. Input is 220V AC and so are the differential switch, LED lamps and the switch relay.

Living Room:

  • Main entrance is simulated through main control panel that contains the ine and the ground inputs, a 30mA differential switch, two fuses and a switch relay; the switch relay is bistable device that changes the status of its contact at each impulse received by its coil.
