Automotive Air- Conditioning Simulator Model AM 002
Sci-tech Automotive Air-Conditioning Simulator Model AM 002 is designed for students to study and familiarize the refrigeration cycle and simulate the various type of fault symptoms. The trainer interfaced with Industrial PC, can generate the various types of fault symptoms for user to study and practice the trouble shooting skills.
Item Description
The Experiments include:
● Viewing the temperature readings at various point of cycle, when it operates in normal condition.
● Viewing the pressure readings at various point of cycle, when it operates in normal condition.
● Generates the pressure reading at various point of cycle, when it operates in abnormal condition.
● Generates the temperature reading at various point of cycle, when it operates in abnormal condition.
● Simulate the refrigeration cycle under idle engine speed and full speed conditions
● Mechanical fault simulation; condenser cooling fan low speed, causing poor heat rejection
● Simulates low or leak in pipe line, causing loss of refrigerant
● Simulates filter clogging, causing high pressure
● Simulates expansion valve faulty condition
● Simulates thermostat fault condition
● Simulates the magnet clutch fault condition, such as short circuit or open circuit
● Simulates the faults in refrigeration components
● Simulates high pressure switch cut off
