Alternator Sectioned Model AM 104
An alternator is an electromechanical device that converts mechanical energy to electrical energy in the form of alternating current. Most alternators use a rotating magnetic field but linear alternators are occasionally used. In principle, any AC electrical generator can be called an alternator, but usually the word refers to small rotating machines driven by automotive and other internal combustion engines. Alternators in power stations driven by steam turbines are called turbo-alternators.

Completely Brushless design eliminates the need for maintenance and reduces friction.
Specially wound Low RPM Output stator.
Zero Cogging.
Built-in rectifier.
Built to last with new bearings and a baked on clear ceramic finish that will last for years in harsh
outdoor environments.
It is built using Brand New GM Delco alternator components including NEW Stator Coils,
factory balanced Stainless Steel Shafts and New Rotor Pole Shoes. Replacement
bearings and parts will be available for years.
