Heat Transfer Trainer Model TH 016
Sci-tech Heat Transfer Trainer Model TH 016 is an air flow bench with tests section. The unit comprises of duct with bell mouth intake and aerodynamically designed duct through which air is drawn with the aid of a centrifugal fan. In the test section different type of heat exchanges can be inserted in the duct.
The heat exchanger is consists of:
– Single run air finned heated tube of 500W.
– A tube bundle of 3 column x 6 row, in which tube heater can be insert into any of the tube in the bundle.
The trainer consists of various types of instruments for carry out the experiments:
– Dual multi-slope manometer.
– Barometer gauge.
– Flow nozzle with digital display flow meter.
– Pitot tube with traversing mechanism in the duct.
– Temperature and humidity sensor.
