Sci-tech Electro-Hydraulic Trainer Set Up Model HT 009 is a sophisticated, indigenous, new generation hydraulic teaching aid, specially developed to impart the best practical training in hydraulics. It can be used as a Live Demonstrator to show functioning of various hydraulic components and control circuits. Operating pressure is kept at 20 bar for safety of the students. The components / equipment are mounted on an ergonomically designed mobile metal trolley with drip tray. The power pack is mounted at the bottom. The components are permanently mounted on the working area. “Quick Release Couplings” are used on the components and hoses for fast and easy connections. All the components are duly fitted with “Quick Adapters” and the hoses are fitted with quick couplers.

Hydraulic Trainer consists of flat control panel with general purpose component area and Mobile Table provided built using 40mm Aluminum profile rack.
Drawers at the bottom to keep components
Facility to mount valves and cylinders with a provision for fixing hoses through quick release couplers facing the front of trainer
Facility to mount Sub-plate on stainless steel Plate with sliding and locking arrangement.
Valves can be easily attached/detached
CE marked branded Components are used
Suitable for working at 50bar pressure with capacity to work at min 200bar.
Valve stand for keeping valve & hoses at the rear side of the trainer
Hydraulic power pack mounted on the bottom and header on front of trainer
Electrical Control panel is a 30X30mm Aluminum profile rack with sturdy table top flat panels
