Sci-tech Rig for Installation, Alignment and Replacement of Belt Drive Model MT 024 is designed for training on belt & chains drives. The rig allows students / technicians to study Alignment and Tensioning of the drives. The base unit consists of Aluminum profiles structure with aluminum base plate on top for assembling the modules during training. The drive system consists of a bi-directional AC motor mounted on adjustable base. The motor can be coupled with different training modules supplied with the system. The modules included are Belt drive module, Chain drive module & gear module. An acrylic enclosure is provided to cover the rig during operation for operator safety.
