Automotive Central Monitoring Warning System Model AM 200
The supervision system based on a combination of various sensors and central control unit.
The sensors enable to monitor the state of various operating media and parts subject to wear and tear, such as for example:
– Brake linings
– Function of the lighting system (dipped headlamps, rear lights)
– Rare lights, trailer lights
– Levels of radiator coolant and oil
– Levels of wash liquids
- The control unit has the task of the continuously monitoring the system and if fault is detected, the corresponding fault indicator lamp is lit.
- Some control functions (e.g. oil and fuel levels), include a delay time to prevent unnecessary short-term indications, for example, whilst driving round the corner.
- For each control circuit, an indication lamp is integrated into the training system.
- All connections on the control unit are terminated at 4mm socket for easy access.
- Electrical fault in the system (e.g. defect headlight lamps) can be reduced simply by removing jumper plugs or by using jumper plugs or fault plugs (especially prepared jumper plugs with internal brake in the connection).
- The associated sensors provided are real components, mounted on the sensors panel. With this system, the various relationships can be examined on real components.
- Furthermore, training is provided in understanding the complexities of electrical installations in motor vehicles.
