Sci-tech Hydraulic Trainer – Double Face Model HT 006 is composed of control unit, high quality industrial grade hydraulic components, comprehensive pump station, safety excess flow device, hydraulic handling device, pressure measurement unit, aluminium alloy mounting panel(double face), different type hydraulic joints, tool kits, hydraulic simulation software and so on.
It can be used for various hydraulic transmission demonstrations, hydraulic transmission circuit training, which covers the objects of pressure, flow rate, direction control and so on. By the operation of this device, students can understand the structure and function of various hydraulic components and circuit, the working principle of hydraulic pump station, the assembly and disassembly of each component and so on.

4. Safety protection: It adopts insulated safety sockets, sheathed cables and wires, with the leakage protection function, when short circuit happens, it will cut off the power automatically, safety in accordance with international standard.
5. Dedicated hydraulic handling device: The handling device is an individual unit that can rotate 360 degrees without oil leak. Its surface is made of high strength transparent acrylic that students can observe the full oil in, oil return and filtration process directly on it. It can be connected with the pump station with specific port.
6. Mounting panel: Two mounting panels on different sides, which is made up of aluminium alloy with T-slot.
7. Safety excess flow device: The safety excess flow device can protect the whole pump station and prevent the overflow damage of hydraulic components from the wrong operation. The device is designed with four adjustable and mechanical tight parts; it can be connected with the pump and transparent hydraulic handling device at the same time, making the whole hydraulic system work stably and efficiently.
8. Pump station: the pump station used combined integration design, including 370W oil mist motor, gear pump and leakage protection switch. It can be installed on the aluminium alloy slot, thus, student can observe and operate it conveniently.
9. Hydraulic component: All the hydraulic components are equipped with a spring board, transparent acrylic base and self-locking connector, which is oil tight, easy to observe and complying with the industrial standard.
All the components can be installed on the aluminium alloy panel freely.

Relief valve: the valve should include one main spool, one main spool spring, one valve body, one pilot valve body, eight screws, one pilot spool, one pilot valve spring, one adjustable handle, one adjustable bolt, one transparent valve base, one oil inlet, one oil outlet, one pressure relief port.
(2). Effusion valve: the valve should include four set screws, one adjustable handle, one adjustable seat, one push rod, one pressure spring, one spool, one end cover screw, one valve body, one transparent valve base, one oil inlet, one oil return hole.
(3). Direction valve: the valve should include four set screws, one spring base, one spool, one valve body, one front and rear sealing ring, four front end cover screws, four rear end cover screws, one ball stop and spring base, one rear end cover, one front end cover, one rear end cover spring, one guide spring screw, one guide spring, one push rod spring, one push rod, one control handle, one transparent valve base, one oil inlet, two oil outlets, one oil return hole.
(4). Fluid cylinder: the cylinder should include four set screws, one valve rod, one piston, one Y-type sealing ring, one oil cylinder, four support set screws, one rear end cover, one front end cover, one support, one transparent cylinder base, two oil inlets.
(5). One way valve: the valve should include one set screw, one adjustable seat, one valve body, one pressure regulating hand ring, one hand ring set screw, one spool, one transparent valve base, one oil inlet, one oil outlet.
(6). Governor valve: the valve should include one fixing sleeve, one pressure regulating hand ring, one pressure regulating seat, one valve body, two fixing sleeve screws, four set screws, one push rod, one pressure regulating screw, one sealing seat, one pressure spring, one spool, one transparent valve base, one oil inlet, one oil outlet.
(7). Hydraulic connector: the connector should include one male joint, one female joint, two connecting screws and one nut, with self locking function.

10. Tool kit: All the tools used for the hydraulic system assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and installation are provided for this trainer, with a specific structure designed tool box.
11. Pressure measurement unit: It is designed with the maximum pressure measurement range of 10MPa and based on liquid measurement medium. There are three dedicated joints installed on the bottom of this unit, users can know the pressure of each component directly by reading the figures displayed on it.
12. Hydraulic simulation software:
(1). This software is unique designed for this hydraulic trainer only.
(2). This software shall be able to runs under Microsoft Windows © operating system (Window Xp, Window 7 and Window 8).
(3). All components and devices contained in the Hydraulic Simulation software feature shall be the same functionality and appearance as the actual hydraulic trainer.
(4). This software shall be able to do multi-hydraulic model circuits control and demonstrate, vivid show hydraulic oil flow direction, various hydraulic valve inner spool working condition, oil cylinder work process and pump work principle on the pictures.
