Computerized Engine Test Bed AM 199

Sci-tech Computerized Engine Test Bed Model AM 199 is designed for students to conduct experiments and study the performance of different types of engines within the capacity of specified dynamometer.

Item Description

Any one or more of the engines specified and the Dynamometer is mounted on a universal bedplate. The rig facilitates easy measurement of fuel consumption, air consumption, brake power and engine speed with data acquisition system (not applicable for Engines with speed regulation). Testing is carried out at different engine loads.

Shell & Tube type Heat exchanger used for calorimeter.

Control Panel
A lockable closed cabinet type control panel with a glass window for visualization. It will have facility for mounting all Transmitter & space for spares. It will have sufficient space for
transmitter service. It will have lock and key for safety.

Base Stand
Base stand is made up of mild steel C channel & Powder coated. This will have Anti-vibration pads Caster Wheels. Digital indicators are provided for all the parameters.
