Item Description

Engine is mounted on the heavy duty MS plate stand with castor rollers (brake type). It is support by vibration rubber mount unit. The complete engine stand is painted with industrial epoxy paint which has good resistance to oil and scratches.

The complete engine is started on backup MF battery. Fully functional instrument speedometer with coolant. Temperature, fuel level, battery light, oil pressure indication and monitoring function.

Technical Specifications

The mimic clearly indicates the test points provided ( 2mm safety test socket ) for the followings components;
1. 1st cylinder sensor; Crank shaft sensor; TDC sensor.
2. MAP sensor.
3. TPS throttle position sensor.
4. Air temperature sensor.
5. coolant temperature sensor.
6. engine speed MPU
7. ERG solenoid valve.
8. Fuel injector.

The engine fault simulation module enables generation of real time faults. By using PC operating on with Windows XP OS. The fault can be selected through the software. The following faults can be generated by the computer;
1. 1st cylinder sensor fault.
2. Crank shaft sensor fault.
3. TDC sensor fault.
4. MAP sensor fault.
5. TPS throttle position sensor fault.
6. Air temperature sensor fault.
